Delicious Banana

The banana is one of the healthiest fruits, which is also considered a happy fruit as it contains serotonin or the substance of happiness, having an anti-stress role in the calming of nerves. It is especially helpful in anti-treatment- being very dense, it offers a quick sense of the tummy feeling full.

Bananas are fantastic sources of energy- apart from
containing nutrients like proteins, fibers and association of vitamins : A, B, B6, C and E. It also rich in  calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc and folic acid.

Being rich iron, banana stimulate the production of haemoglobin in the blood and are recommended for those with anaemia. Because of it's high potassium, but low salt content, it is indicated for those having problems with arterial pressure.
